•             MUST have experience as technical writer for financial institutions

•             MUST BE US CITIZEN/GREEN CARD HOLDER

 

Role Description:   Help client develop user technical documentation for a their new sales and service technical architecture. 

 

Requirements:

•             5+ years of experience as a Lead Technical Writer

•             Must have experience creating and updating technical documentation for external users of the new framework. 

•             Must have experience at create training and user materials.

•             Products could include written or visual product/process documentation, technical documentation and illustrations, online information, and training.   

•             Should have experience as technical writer for financial institutions

•             Key responsibilities are:

o             Produce deliverables that include written or visual product/process documentation, technical documentation such as catalogs, manuals, online information.

o             May provide product documentation for training programs for external customers and internal employees
