Performance Tester
Austin TX LONG term contracts
Phone interview to start.
Candidates have to be from Austin, Dallas area or San Antonio,
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years application performance test experience.
• Strong background implementing and using industry standard performance testing tools – data, analysis, reporting, process, business, technical, hardware, software
• Consultative, collaborative, creative, problem-solving, competent, self-managing, trustworthy, dependable, service-oriented, and multi-disciplinary
• Minimum of 2 years of automation experience
• Experience creating and executing performance evaluation and improvement/remediation plans
• Experience in a multitude of technologies, protocols, architectures, infrastructures, operating systems, networks, hardware, software and all of its integration
• Experience with client-server, GUI, security, web, and mobile technologies
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and business units in orchestrating performance tests and identifying bottlenecks
• Excellent communication skills with all levels inside and outside an organization with the ability to seek and understand the risks and implications related to the business, applications, systems, projects, and application/system users
