Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Duration: 6-12 Months
 
Job Description:
·         Need backend/server-side experience
·         J2EE/servlet experience
·         Need to understand performance considerations and have strong abilities to design with it in mind
·         A plus would be someone with experience in business rules (specifically the execution engine) and/or creating a DSL
·         Experience in multiple languages is a plus
·         Experience with JAXB or other framework for marshaling data between XML and Java classes is desirable skill, especially how to use these frameworks to the best advantage
·         Very strong senior technical person.
·         Innovative
·         Strong, clear written and oral communication skills

Job Description:

• Lead 6 member offshore team

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Work independently on complex tasks

• Communicates appropriately up and down the management chain

• Should be able to handle complete life cycle of a module/ change request independently with minimum guidance.

• Able to work with client development manager and developers.
