Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for full life cycle high volume recruiting for contract positions within a large client base.
· Maintained strong relationships with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation Partners, Account Managers, Client side hiring managers, contract administrators and HR recruiters to define open roles and set forth full life cycle recruiting strategy.
· Specialized in lead generation for recruitment with sales presentations.
· Successfully managed a concurrent workload of 10 to 20 job openings per week.
· Implemented multiple sourcing strategies to source, screen and recommend candidates.
· Sourced candidates through a variety of on line (Monster, Dice, corp-corp) and offline (candidate referrals, cold calling, etc)
· Interaction with the Senior Account Managers and President on a daily basis. Allocating requirements to the team members based on the various criteria. Getting resumes from the team for the assigned requirements and checking them for quality.
· Screened and interviewed candidates to determine suitability for assigned openings.
· Managed offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter presentation and offer acceptance/declines.
· Negotiated offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and other groups as necessary
· Provided consistent follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates' needs are met.
· Training new Recruitment Executives on Recruitment processes, using different job portals & websites.
