Positon: Siteminde Identity Manager

Location: Atlanta(GA)

Duration : 3 Months

 

Responsibilities

Design and handle architecture of the domains in ver 6.0 and 12.0

Install and Upgrade Siteminder components on Linux and Unix environments

Netegrity /CA Siteminder infrastructure maintenance, support and deployment in development, test and production environments for ver 6.x and 12.x

Implement SSO across multiple domains and Lines-of-business. Create policies, realms, rules, responses to protect the applications and validate the users to work under SSO environment.

Should be able to use smobjexport and smobjimport to promote SiteMinder policies to higher environments.

Install and configure the Siteminder Webagent on various web servers such as Apache 2.2.8, ISS 6.0 across different platforms and support.

Handle Federation using SAML 2.0

Support LDAP and Active Directories integration.

Handle performance improvement, analysis of issues provide optimum solution.

Responsible for backup and recovery of SiteMinder environments. Developed Backup Strategies and Restoration/ Failover process.

Configure load balancing and failover mechanisms for various SiteMinder components in all environments

Coordination with testing team to end-to-end regression tests on SiteMinder protected sites.

Coordination with application teams and system administrators, for rolling out SiteMinder implementation

Demonstrate functional knowledge in Telecom for driving key objectives of the IT applications

Participate in estimation, staffing analysis in order to provide inputs to prepare solution delivery of proposals

Participate in discussions with customer to gather scope information and perform scope analysis

Prepare a detailed schedule of work packet by analyzing the effort and dependencies.

Provides inputs for technical risk planning with module perspective in order to ensure timely delivery of project.

Participate in Requirement review meetings.

Lead the team for integration /system testing based on the test plans and support UAT in order to ensure defect free program release.

Participate in Production Validation and support testing of Production defects.

Participate in handling customers in order to provide right level of information to the customer and to the PM and to undertake onsite specific activities of the project to ensure successful delivery of the project

Document and share own learning from the project , seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency  and preserve organization knowledge

 

Skills

Strong experience with Computer Associate's (CA) Siteminder(Ver 12.x, 6.x) and Identity Manager software

Strong UNIX systems administration skills in both Linux and Solaris environments.

Strong experience with working with an ISP web / java server environment (Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat, interacting with Oracle databases, multi-tiered load balanced environments).  Experience configuring any of the before-mentioned applications with IPv6 is a plus.

Experience with Siteminder Impersonation a plus.

Understanding of TCP/IP Networking including OSI Model and basic UNIX system level network troubleshooting skills

Software development experience using Java is a plus but not required

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Must be Self Motivated and Result Oriented

Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
