This position will primarily be tasked with support of client's Enterprise Electronic Document Management System (EEDMS) which uses OpenText eDOCS DM v5.3 in a distributed server & library environment, Oracle 10 and 11g databases and custom written utilities to import/export documents. Must be technically capable of working with relational databases and complex server configurations.
Our development environment is: Visual Studio 2010, .NET 3.5 & 4.0, C#.Net, Nhibernate, MVC, DB2 and Oracle
The candidates considered for this position must be capable of independent work success, have good communication skills, and disciplined to follow BSSO processes and procedures.
The candidate must be able to hit the ground running in a minimal amount of time.

EEDMS Analyst AND Advanced .NET DEVELOPER – Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques associated with document management.
2. Knowledge of document archiving standards.
3. Ability to evaluate and resolve computer application and system problems associated with the client EEDMS environment.
4. Ability to work effectively with users to identify and document requirements for the support of the client EEDMS environment.
5. Ability to handle user administration tasks for OpenText users in the Central Office and other District Offices as necessary.
6. Skill in creating and modifying document management Profile forms as requested by the end user and the subsequent documentation to reflect those changes.
7. Skill in creating Oracle & MS SQL scripts associated with form updates, database changes including insertion of data into existing tables.
8. Ability to provide analysis of business rules and practices for new client offices as they are incorporated into the client EEDMS environment.
9. Ability to perform Library and OpenText table administration tasks using the OpenText Administration tool.
10. Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation, and resolution of large Enterprise application production issues or problems, with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems.
11. Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions.
12. Ability to prepare computer program test plans and to create test databases and test environments.
13. Skill in coding with Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET, and thoroughly testing, and debugging complex applications using web based and object oriented programming languages.
14. Ability to develop and manage information systems documentation in accordance with the Department's standards.
