Position: QA Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 18 Months
Rate: $40/hr
US CITIZEN/Green Card/EAD Only
MUST HAVE: QTP (automations tools), UNIX, SQL!!!!!!!
The QA Analyst will be responsible for monitoring servers and managing the operational aspects of the system; resolving user issues by training users on the correct functionality of the system or by working with developers to resolve system issues; and working with various IT groups to coordinate user support and application releases.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years experience in application support working directly with users and system developers
• 3+ years experience working with UNIX, and SQL
• 1-3 years experience working with automation tools (prefer QTP)
• High level of organization, detail oriented and ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skill are critical
• Experience in the fixed income industry highly desirable
