Position: Remedy Developer
Location: New Jersey
Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills:
A minimum of 8 years prior work experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Expert knowledge of the installation, administration, and configuration of Remedy ITSM Suite 8.x, 9.x (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management), SLM, SRM, and Atrium CMDB
Experience in the design, development, and customization of Remedy based systems including the migration/deployment of code between systems
Experience managing the ARSystem Server, Mid-Tier, Approval Server, and Email Engine configuration
Ability to identify possible enhancements, map current processes into ITSM, and identify and gather requirements
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
