ü  Strong Commercial leasing and lending expertise - across Originations and Servicing

ü  Good knowledge of Lending/ Leasing Life Cycle and awareness of Accounting/Financial implications of all the stages in the Lending/ Leasing Life Cycle

ü  Exposure across Commercial lending/ leasing sub-products and areas like Auto loan/ lease, Credit Risk, Regulatory compliance and reporting, Loan syndication etc.

ü  Exposure in working as a functional/ business analyst in a delivery project

ü  Exposer to ALM, Testing Lifecycle and Defect Management

ü  Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels

ü  Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills
