Java/J2EE Developer - Production Support

Java Developer with 8-10 years of production support experience with a focus on Java/J2EE technologies.
Requirements:
· Strong development experience in core JAVA/J2EE technologies
· Expertise in various J2EE frameworks
· Familiarity with Linux
· Experience with reporting tools such as BOXI is a big plus
· Experience in content management systems
· Strong system/ technical analysis skills, ownership of problems and driving towards their resolution
· Applicant should show strong experience in supporting multiple applications/projects at a time
· Proficiency in ITIL methodology
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies
· Excellent collaboration, communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
· Experience evaluating software architecture, proposing new directions, developing change management plans, and leading change
· Should have application support experience.
· Action-oriented, with the ability to quickly deal with change
· Prior experience working in a fast paced SLA driven environment
· Should participate in On-call support
