QA LEAD with MOBILE Exp

Columbus, OH

Long term contract

GC, US CITIZEN or possible H4 EAD

MUST HAVE – Lead, Mobile Test, Automation w/ appium, development experience with OOP. 

Qualifications: 

• BS degree or equivalent experience   

• Minimum of ten plus years of experience with the following:   

• Coaching and ability to assist in growing the team   

• Leading team(s) of technical testers on complex projects   

• Proven experience building partner relationships   

• System software testing   

• Planning and coordinating test activities   

• Overseeing test case development and defect resolution   

• HP's Application Lifecycle Management / JIRA   

• Deep knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle and concepts.   

• Previous experience in Application Development is desired   

• Proven experience in all aspects of functional, integration and regression testing   

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail   

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills   

• Independent decision-making and good judgment   

• Strong time management, interpersonal and people skills   

• Strong facilitation skills   

• Utilizes active communication techniques   

• Ability to operate comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a global team   

• Experience with client server environments   

• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office products   

• Ability to organize test design approaches with maximum impact for time allotted 

Experience in the following technical areas is a plus:   

• Agile/Scrum as well as Waterfall development methodologies   

• Automated testing tools JPMorgan
