1. Role/Job Title          Test lead

2. Location: Greenwood Village, CO 

3. Required/Must Have Skills:

•        Min 2-3 years exposure and a good understanding of the domain – Anything and all related to IT/Application Security

•        Min 2-3 years' experience in use of HPALM in the complex, multi wave project. The lead should be able to administer HPALM for user provisioning, training, Test artifact management, Reporting

•        Develop Test Strategy and Test Plans for the project based on Newmont Templates

•        Coordinate and manage test preparation activities – test scenario identification, design and development of test cases

•        Coordinate and manage test execution activities – test scheduling, test case execution, and defect logging and tracking

•        Monitor testing activities – test preparation and execution and take corrective actions as needed

•        Provide stakeholder Test execution reporting

•        Work closely with Test Manager and Integration Manager for the success of testing

•        Provides direction and support for testers

•        Team Leadership

•        Identification and escalation of issues and risks to test manager and to project team

 

4. Education Requirement: Bachelors or masters degree

5. Years of Experience: 9+ years of experience

6. Certification Requirement: Senior test lead with Security testing background.

7. Soft Skills Requirement: Should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
