Technical Requirements:
· Must have 10+ years of experience in relevant IT roles including 5+ in Cisco CM, CU, and CCX environments.
· Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio: Cisco Unified Communications Manager; Cisco Unity Connection; Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
· Demonstrable experience designing and deploying Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development, naming and operating procedure standards, reporting.
· Must have experience with Cisco Contact Center – developing and maintaining applications.
· Experience with call recording technologies (Zoom or other), and agent score carding is preferred.
· Voice Gateways and Routers, Cisco Cube; integration with analog systems
· Average or above knowledge in routing and switching in Cisco environment.
· Router LAN/WAN circuits; PRI, T1 CAS, MPLS, T3, FXO, FXS
· Knowledge of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP
· Excellent understanding of LAN and WAN including MPLS, Routing protocols, QoS
· Team player
· Professional, structured and proactive approach
· Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Efficient and productive with good time management skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Visio for technical drawing and documentation

· Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Demonstrates the ability to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change and can handle contacts of all types and at all levels.
· Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of the need to achieve quality.

· Comprehensive approach to documentation and procedural development
· Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office product suite, including Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Visio
Certifications:
· Cisco CCNA Required
· Cisco CCIE, CCVP or CCNP (Voice) preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) from accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field highly desired.
