Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·         Develop, prioritize, and manage Salesforce.com enhancement request prioritization with IT partners.

·         Streamlining the business process using salesforce service cloud. Should be able to drive BPR (Business Process Review) sessions.

·         Define and improve process for approving Saleforce.com structural changes.

·         Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Enterprise Systems/IT, sales reps and management) to expedite the review and approval process for any Salesforce.com customization.

·         Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver enablement tools, documentation, and training.

 

Qualification:

·         Strong knowledge about salesforce sales or service cloud.

·         4+ years' experience in direct Salesforce administration

·         Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them in to effective use of applications

·         Strong understanding of Agile methodology

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Self-starter- able to individually manage/prioritize your workload

 

Preferred:

·         Experience working with reporting and data visualization tools.
