• Work with Scrum teams to encourage creativity and empowerment, improve productivity, and keep information about the team s progress up-to-date and visible

• Agile development methodology
• Business perspective and Functional perspective of Policy handling and policy administration with respect to Guidewire platform
• Guidewire Functional Certification.- medium, and long-term product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to run successful release planning and sprint planning sessions, as well as sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Strong Expertise in Insurance Domain
• Proficient knowledge and relevant experience in Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center & Claim Center
• Prefer relevant experience on Interface Testing
• Must have exposure on Webservices & Automation testing especially on Guidewire platform
• Strong knowledge on Agile methodology
• Ability to understand the Guidewire data dictionary and have exposure to SQL queries would be added advantage
• Data conversion testing experience on Guidewire or other products would also be an added advantage
• Analytical skills to perform impact analysis
• Capability to determine traceability and execute test cases for impacted functionalities
