1) Consultant should have knowledge of Pharma business/Medical device

2) Should have 3-4 implementation experience

3) US tax knowledge should be must

4) Agile Methodology knowledge will add value

5) Must have worked on inter-company and inter-country scenario

6) Should undertake User Training and Prepare User Training Material on his own Customer Service experience is needed.

7) Communication must be good. Offshore dealing is necessary.
