Job Description
Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited
institution or three years of progressive experience in the specialty
in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5+ years in Information Technology.
Technical Skills
• Experience with NuGenesis SDMS v8.0 implementation.
• Expertise in configuration, user creation, SOP creation for SDMS
implementation.
• Ability to setup UNIFY print feature in SDMS
• Familiarity with Oracle 11g is preferable
Roles and responsibilities
• Work with client stakeholders on installation, configuration, user
creation etc. activities that are involved in NuGenesis SDMS v8.0
implementation.
• Prepare client specific process documentation following Good
Documentation Practice guidelines.
• Address technical issues whenever required.
• Review and test the deliverables before handing to clients.
• Provide regular updates to the customer on the ongoing work.
• Provide technical solutions to the problems/ issues faced.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Client management and coordination with various stakeholder teams in
the project
