Location: Basking Ridge, NJ/Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: Contract to Hire (6-12+ Months)

Description:

SUMMARY: This in support of Polaris (ACET, BRC) program,. Polaris Service Desk – ACET. Call center application to be built on the Salesforce service cloud to support the constituent interactions. Business needs us to build enterprise class customer engagement solution with features that would help us get better traction with members while improving their customer experience. Thus helping us to achieve better Net Promoter score.  IDEAL BACKGROUND: For this Java Developer Role, we need resources with strong technical background in Java Web/Mobile development (AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Spring), SOA/Integration frameworks, Agile/Scrum working experience. Also, need to have good communication (written & oral) skills, be a team player.  Prefer to have healthcare domain and developing CRM applications (with platforms like Salesforce).  Responsibilities: •Develop new user-facing features  •Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs  •Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability  •Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end  •Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders  Required Skills:  •5+ years of experience developing cross-platform, multi-browser compatible, dynamic applications for web and/or mobile  •5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  •Strong understanding of performance and tuning  •Agile / Scrum experience  •Angular JS experience  Preferred Qualifications:  •Bachelor's degree or better  •AEM/CQ5 experience  •Grunt experience  •LESS experience  •SASS experience  •Jenkins experience  •Experience with continuous integration  •Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
