Position:: Peoplesoft HCM Technical Lead
Location:: Columbus, OH
Duration:: 12+ months
Role Description:-
· This candidate will develop and oversee software solutions for small to large enhancements including defect works.
· Day to day responsibilities include working with various business partners and various roles within IT to understand the scope of work to be completed and planning this work through SDLC.
· This position requires strong technical and communication skills as well as the ability to build relationships quickly with various roles within IT.
Competencies:-
· PeopleSoft HCM Comp and Ben Management
Essential Skills:-
· Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect management
· PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Experience with version 9.0 or above
· Peopletools experience with version 8.50 or above
· Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and Ben Admin modules
· Experience with PeopleCode, App engine, Component Interface, and SQRs
· At least 2 years of experience in programming and systems analysis
· Experience with ESP Scheduler and batch processing
Desirable Skills:-
· Solid Oracle SQL and Unix experience • Experience with Tax Updates and Cobol
