Requirement for Oracle SOA Architect @ Southborough MA

Oracle SOA Architect

Duration is 6-12 months

Southborough MA

 

MOI :: Telephponic followed by face to face

Candidates need to be close enough to take an onsite interview. 

If they are not local, they need to have worked here (Massachusetts, RI, NH)  previously or have family in Massachusetts. 

Keys:

§ Must have a strong background in Java/J2EE and SOA architecture

§ Must have a consultative approach and be able to take initiative and be a self-starter.  There will be very little hand holding.

§ Java/J2EE, Weblogic, and Oracle SOA architecture experience.

Our client has asked us to identify a consultant who can come in and analyze their overall enterprise architecture.  

Over the past year the architecture has been changed and modified.  

This consultant will take a "top down" approach to analyze, make recommendations, and identify issues and vulnerabilities in this enterprise application.  

This person will also be doing integrated process flow work to help document technical work flow.  

There is also an upgrade project coming up soon to upgrade Oracle SOA suite to 12c.  So this person will plan the roadmap for that project and help execute the plans.

• Help advise senior IT leaders and present recommendations on the current enterprise architecture (J2EE and Oracle SOA).   
• Act as SME for all J2EE and SOA architecture initiatives and report to IT leadership
• Help identify issues and resolve integration problems. This consultant will need to look at what has been already deployed and help troubleshoot if necessary at a technical level.
• Strong technical documentation experience is required.
• Must have experience with Java/J2EE, Weblogic, Oracle SOA suite, and IDM.
