Title: Lead Informatica Admin

Location: Bellevue, WA

12+ Months Contract

 

Responsibilities:

•           Responsible for administering Informatica in all environments, including production.

•           Implement migrations, upgrades, patches and service pack implementations in all environments

•           Install, configure, and administer the Informatica platform for maximum utilization and throughput.

•           Release Management  & Deployments

•           Support development teams with Best Practices & Dev. Reviews

•           Assist in Performance Tuning of ETL Processes to provide optimal performance under ever-increasing data volumes on Informatica

•           Support in administration, configuration management, monitoring, debugging, benchmarking and performance tuning of various Informatica platforms

•           Implement Security Standards and roles

•           Work with Infrastructure, and other teams to integrate and implement best practices

 

Qualifications:

          Must have 5-7 years strong experience with Informatica v.9 toolset

          Must have 5-7 years experience as Informatica Administrator

          Strong hands-on knowledge of Informatica toolset especially PowerCenter

          Deep technical understanding of Informatica architecture, administration, upgrade and install

          Strong troubleshooting/performance tuning knowledge of Informatica workflow/mappings

          Must have experience working with Informatica Support for Installing & Upgrading software and resolving Support Incidents

          7-10 years experience with Oracle (v.12c preferred)

          7-10 years experience with SQL

          7-10 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL

          5-7 years experience with Linux & Shell Scripts

          3-5 years experience with Enterprise-class Workload Automation tool. Cisco Tidal preferred.

          5-7 years experience with Big Data & Over Petabyte sized databases

          Solid understanding of ETL & Data Warehousing methods and technologies

          Experience with Agile development for Datawarehouse desired

          Strong knowledge of Datawarehouse Methodologies, Processes, & Best Practices

          Experience working with Offshore teams

          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

          Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and with others

          Excellent interpersonal skills

          Excellent Customer Service skills

          ITIL Foundation certification desired

          A college or university degree in computer science or related experience

          Telecom experience preferred
