Job Description

• Knowledge of IBM Infosphere Datastage 8.1/8.7/9.1

• Worked in ETL technologies for 6+ years and 3+ years in Datastage

• Strong Knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux scripting

• Developed Datastage jobs with SQL server/DB2/Oracle back-end

• Gather integration requirements from Business or Business Analyst

• Participation in meetings related to design and Solution Design

• Document overall solution design

• Development of Datastage jobs per established standards

• Create sequencers

• Scheduling jobs in CTRL-M/Autosys

• Estimation activities for impacted jobs in DataStage

• Analysis of existing schedules in Control-M

• Prepare the cut-over plan

• Provide production support for implemented jobs

• Troubleshooting and finding root causes for job issues
