Urgent Requirement :-
Technical Analyst Virtualization
Location: Southborough, MA
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate : DOE
General Summary:
End user client support with a primary focus on enterprise virtualization technologies. May also be required to test, troubleshoot and configure complex business systems settings, user configurations and general administration work for the department. Work on special projects, troubleshoot PC applications issues and work with other experienced group members to resolve issues.
Technical Analyst:
The desired applicant will have experience in supporting virtualization technologies including but not limited to desktop infrastructure, application publishing and core infrastructure components. Candidate will be responsible for providing input and expertise related to VMWare and other virtualization technologies and solutions. Applicant must also have experience with Microsoft infrastructure components comprised of but not limited to AD, SCCM, and OS Deployment.
Skills:
• VMWare View
• VMware vSphere
• RDS application hosting
• Citrix XenApp
• Proficiency with Microsoft client and server technologies
• Proficiency in appropriate networks, products and protocols.
• Strong technical aptitude
• Scripting experience, WMI, Power Shell, Puppet, etc.
• Unix/Linux experience a plus
• Ability to execute autonomously
• Ability to multi-task
• Sense of urgency
Education Required
Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent
Experience Required
3 – 6 Years
