Job Description:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics or information sciences such as business analytics or informatics
Preferred 5- 7 years' experience in systems development and database activities.
Preferred 5+ years' experience in data warehousing development, large scale data acquisition, transformation, and cleaning, both structured and unstructured data
Excellent Relational and OLAP database knowledge is a must
Very Strong Oracle and SQL server programming knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
SQL expertise and data modeling experience including competencies in database architectures such as relative, star and snowflake schemas.
Demonstrated experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g. Oracle, Netezza, Redshift, Hadoop)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau)
Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
Ability to collaborate with people at all levels Understanding of OLAP business intelligence applications
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, including mapping of business need or issue to development of application requirements or procedural initiatives
Strong understanding of reporting and database environments, processes, ad associated applications
Well-developed knowledge of operational systems, processes and budgeting/forecasting concepts and activities
Proven ability to ensure effective forms of documentation essential for support of overall technical and user needs.
