Job Location         : Hyderabad.

Experience           : 3- 5years

Salary                       : DOE

Job Description:

•              Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

•              Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099& Crop to Crop)

•              Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate

•              Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.

•              Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates

•              Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

•              Willing to work as per US Eastern timings/Nightshifts.

 

 

Role                          : US IT Bench Sales

Shift Timings       : EST Timings

Job Location         : Hyderabad.

Experience           : 3- 5years

Salary                     : DOE

 

Job Description:

ü  Possess a minimum of 1 to3 years of Experience in "Marketing Bench consultants".

ü  Strong working knowledge in Selling / marketing bench consultants (On OPT & H1b) Using Portals,Social media, vendor list, client contacts and Networking.

ü  Individuals with High energy levels, Self motivation and Target orientation.

ü  Ability to negotiate and convince the consultants and also the clients.

ü  Working experience in dealing with vendors / clients, strategy playing, evaluating consultant's knowledge, reviewing the position's importance and apply smart work in getting the Placing the consultants.

ü  Helping the team in getting better with new ideas and procedures to place the consultants on time.

ü  Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high paced work environment.

ü  Good understanding over different verticals of IT.

ü  Should be flexible to work in all the US time zones.

ü  Positive attitude and thinking above the box in reaching the goals and encouraging the team members is a added skill all together.
