Top Three Skills:  

1. Automation on a CI/CD environment (Powershell, C#, and Ruby, Chef, DSC, json) 

2. Hands on Experience as a Build Engineer, working with TFS, Jenkins, or GIT in a .NET/Linux environment. 

3.Hands on experience working in a Continuous Integration/Delivery environment (working with Devs, Release Managers and System Engineers in managing the CI Pipeline).
