Responsibilities:
As part of the Global CRM team, this position will be tasked with optimizing CRM processes and improving efficiency. This person is the liaison between the Bio-Rad business departments and Global IT to ensure their CRM needs are appropriately prioritized and executed.
Gather requirements from the business regarding new systems needs and existing system changes/ enhancements and works with team to implement.
Prioritize system enhancements based on the needs of the business and IT available resources to arrive at decisions that maximize Bio-Rad's scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Leverages Agile project management methodologies.
Leads SFA/CRM projects within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements.
Conducts analysis, design, testing, and documentation. Provides direction to others doing these tasks on small projects.
Evaluates the impact of design decisions on the code, database, and technical environment of applications.
Conducts or supervises investigation and resolution of application issues.
Performs basic salesforce.com and CallidusCloud system administration and configuration tasks as needed.
Works with vendors, internal developers to design and develop applications.
Reviews and approves technical solutions.
Consistently assumes a technical lead role in salesforce.com (CRM) and possibly CallidusCloud projects and end-user support.
Troubleshoots data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.
Assists business with implementation of salesforce.com tools including data conversion approach, development, execution, and testing.
Assist in automation of manual processes to maximize scalability and efficiency.
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Education/Experience:
1-2+ years experience with CallidusCloud – Sales Incentive Compensation a strong plus
7+ years working with IT systems and process improvement
5+ years working with Salesforce.com
5 or more years in a Global Organization
Experience with project management tools and techniques
Experience with Agile methodology
