·         Individual leadership skills – Very good communication skill. Familiar in setting up and training ATDD to teams. Collaborate with Dev team and Communicate the timelines promptly to both Dev Team and Development Manager.

·         Methodology - Agile - must be able to work with developers in a fast-paced agile environment
