Job Description:
Primary Skills
· Expert knowledge on Extreme Network switches and Cisco Routing components
· Knowledge and experience on Data Network (LAN, WAN), Security and Voice Over IP infrastructure setup implementation and management
· Design and architecting skills - Efficient designing and planning of new technologies and driving the implementation.
· Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies
· Knowledge on network security components, load balancers and firewalls
· Good knowledge on ITIL processes, process flows & definitions
· Experience in managing international customers and large resource base in onshore and offshore
· Good problem analysis, Negotiation, Communication and presentation skills
· Secondary Skills
· Escalations and Vendor management handling skills
· Skills on Template creation , presentation and documentation
· Skills on Network management tools implementation
· knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects
Certifications:
Must be
1. CCNP Certification + Minimum 2 Years of Experience
2. ITIL Foundation Certified
Secondary
1. CCDP Certification
2. CCIE Certification
Technical Skills Required
• Hands on experience on Networking products.( Extreme Networks, Cisco )
• Load balancers (F5)
• Cisco Management tools –Solar winds, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Operation Manager
