o PMO activities
o including awareness of PMO processes inclusive of change requests
o scope management
o risk and issue management
o financial analysis and controls and management reporting
• This resource must be experienced specifically in operating a PMO and executing and coordinating the supporting tasks of this organization.
• Excellent communication and Client interaction skills
