LEAD SQL OLTP Database Developer
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Long term contract

Job Information:
MOST IMPORTANT THING IS NO BI – THEY DO NOT WANT A BI DEVELOPER – THEY WANT A SQL DATABASE DEVELOPER WHO FOCUSES ON OLTP.
Lead title not so much on managing people. More about working directly with Business Analysts to gather and document requirements to download to other Devs. Some mentoring responsibilities.
Primary skill is SQL Server Development. OLTP. SSIS. Understanding of Java for the user interfaces. No BI,
Candidate will have:
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in application software development
• 4+ years of development experience in advanced SQL and SSIS working with SQL server 2005 or above
• Working experience in OLTP application and database performance optimization techniques
• Experience with VB Script and XML is a plus
• Working experience in OLTP application and database performance optimization techniques
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Experience in data modeling, database design
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience with VB Script and XML is a plus
• Experience with Java/J2EE is a plus
