IBM WebSphere Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Description: Need highly motivated IBM WebSphere Engineer resource focused on working hand-in-hand with other technical support, application support, development support, implementation and service teams.

•        Provide support for all stages of WebLogic/WebSphere implementation and/or Java container related issues and triage application issues as related to the J2EE container.

•        Identify any bottlenecks in the messaging infrastructure (MQ, JMS, OSB) and provide quick fixes to ensure that the SLAs are meet and future prevention with a thorough root cause analysis.

•        Skilled in implementing high availability, fault tolerant strategies, and load balancing.

•        Experienced technical knowledge in specialty area with basic knowledge of complementary infrastructures.

•        Should have fundamental knowledge of Linux or Solaris or Windows operating systems.

•        Strong communication and client facing skills.
