Role: Sr. Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2-4 years

Timings: 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM EST

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

 

Required Skills:

·         Should have efficient Boolean search knowledge in utilizing Job boards like Dice/Indeed/Monster/Career builder/Tech fetch/LinkedIn.

·         Experience in End to End US Recruitment of IT.

·         Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2C, 1099 and W2 based consultants.

·         Posting resumes in all possible portals.

·         Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills.

·         Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

·         Candidates with Energetic, Hardworking, keen to Learn Attitude, Should Have Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English.

·         Ability to deal with Prime Vendors through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing using Job Portals.

·         Ability to post the Hot List into the enormous quality data base, references vendor, primary vendors, All Job Boards Hot Requisitions, Social Networking's, LinkedIn Groups, Zoniac, Prohires and all possible ways.

·         Speaking to candidate taking telephonic interview, understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role, check their visa status.

·         Understanding the requirement provided by the Client and identifying the candidates suitable for that opening on the basis of mapping of the profiles with the requirement.

·         Submit consultants resume to clients & scheduled coordinate interviews with managers & consultants.

·         Having adeptness in using various job Portals such as - Dice, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, LinkedIn using Boolean searches and company databases, personal database, referrals, networking, direct phone sourcing and referrals etc..
