Primary Skills: BPM, SOA, J2EE, WSDL, WID, IID

 

Required Technical and Project Specific Skill:

•             1-2 years of hands on experience in IBM BPM

•             Good knowledge of Java/J2EE and SOA.

•             He should have ability to design the solution from the requirements.

•             He should have ability to lead the technical discussions with client and with the team.

•             He should have good analytical, problem solving, communication and comprehension skills

•             Exposure to agile would be preferred.
