Interview Process:             2 Rounds of Internal Screening (1^st Round is Skype)

 Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Application Architecture & Design

- Strong hands on Java, JSP, Struts, XML processing, AJAX, JQuery and Oracle queries.
- Strong Design knowledge and articulation experience to the development team.
- Conduct Code review of the code developed by the developers for the code review guidelines compliance and functionality coverage.
- Develop Unit Test Cases for the code developed and review the test cases written by the developers.

•Demonstrated an ability to engage in senior level technology and business decision maker.
