LOCATION : Jersey City, New Jersey – face to Face Interview
Mandatory skills:
1. Database Administration with DB2 utilities (8 yrs)
2. DB2 zOS (8 yrs)
3. DB2 LUW (2+ yrs)
4. IIS DataStage preferred (1+ yrs)
Job Requirements:
- Experience with IBM on both zOS platform and IBM DB2 LUW on zLinux/zVM platforms are mandatory.
- Knowledge of DB2 utilities (REORG, FLASH COPY, RESTORE)
- DB2 performance tuning
- Exposure to PEGA and IBM Process Server database architecture
- DB2 v10 and new functions
- DB2 command Editor and IBM data studio
- Handling DB2 LOB, and DB2 connect.
- Experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server products is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 8 years of experience working with various database management systems in database design, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration in a multiple platform environment.
