Requirement:

In this role you will provide project management services for the ATLAS Solution Delivery/Quality Assurance (SD/QA) leadership team.  You will attend key leadership meetings and assist with preparation, facilitation and scheduling as required as well as work with SD/QA leadership team to document meeting action plans and maintain working team documents.

 

Other Tasks:

·         Preparation & distribution of daily / weekly project dashboards/scorecards and status reports

·         Provide follow-up / status updates for Issues/Risks/Tasks assigned to team members

·         Maintain SD/QA SharePoint forms, such as RICEW Tracker

·         Provide filtered extracts via Excel as required of key tracking / reporting information as requested by leadership team

 

Must Have:

·         Experienced Project Manager with good exposure to project management methodologies, processes and software packages (MS Project, Clarity, etc.)

·         Good MS Excel skills

·         Strong analysis capabilities; gathering data/input and organize appropriately

·         Proven track record with designing and delivering effective management level presentations via MS PowerPoint

·         Excellent people skills and self-motivated

·         Great verbal and written communication skills
