Position: Data Warehouse Developer

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: 6 Months

 

Description:

·         Provide overall support for Teradata/Informatica EDW Development Project Technology Work Streams as assigned

·         Ensure that the technology solution is in line with Enterprise Architecture and Design strategy

·         Ensure solution is designed in an efficient, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner

·         Facilitate design workshops, team meetings, collecting artifacts, organizing documentation – for the assigned work stream/track

·         Provide oversight on interdependencies with other work streams and facilitates communication with all related Team Leads

·         Support IT lead in communicating weekly status report updates and identifying issues & risks, and senior management reporting

·         Create and maintains the team specific project Work Breakdown Structure

·         Track all DWH testing and issues and identifies those for escalation

·         Coordinate test cycles, Quality assurance and business testing as needed

·         Oversee and direct, as necessary, all technology team members in relation to the Project

·         Identify, mitigate, and report technology/solution risks

·         Deliver projects on-time, on-budget and aligned to DW standards and reference architectures

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in performing the following:

·         Full system EDW/BI development life cycle (SDLC) experience

·         Expertise in Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite

·         Experience in leading large/complex data warehouse projects

·         Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Integration and Data Management is a must

·         Experience in Teradata/Informatica DW projects is a big plus

·         Pharmacy Benefit Management/HealthCare experience is a must.
