| Roles & Responsibilities | · Manage governance and process in PMO BMO · Participate and lead in defining best practices and lessons learnt for PMO BMO · Participate in project audits · Drive financial improvements in forecasting and ensure financial reconciliation with Budgets · Prepare road maps and strategy for ongoing and future projects · Establish and improve project planning, risks, issues and change management process. |
