Manhattan, NY

LONG-TERM CONTRACT

INTERVIEW: IN-PERSON OR SKYPE.

 

 

Duties:

Provide technical support for Managed PeopleSoft Hosting services, including system administration of PeopleSoft technology components such as WebLogic, PeopleSoft PIA, Tuxedo, Process Schedulers and Oracle databases. Implement new PeopleSoft environments as required. Conduct database and environment refreshes. Perform PeopleTools and database upgrades; assist with application upgrades.

 

Required Skills:

 

• Excellent knowledge in the installation and administration of PeopleSoft in production environments.
• Excellent experience in PeopleSoft technical architecture administrator support.
• Excellent experience in creation of new instances, migration of code, patching and environment refreshes.
• Experience in support of backup, monitoring, disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with IT project and service management standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as PRINCE2, ITIL.
• Ability to work productively under pressure, even when clear direction and/or information in not always available.
• Experience with WebLogic, PeopleSoft PIA, Tuxedo and Process Schedulers
