Detailed job description Skill Set including years of experience	·         Strong in PL/SQL ·         Performance management and tuning ·         General database management, Backup and recovery ·         Manages migration, database changes, reference data changes ·         Puts standards in place and review SQL code ·         Administers all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures. ·         Good in trouble shooting ·         Unix skills ·         Provides support to both development and support teams ·         Very good communication skills ·         Worked in onsite/offshore or Global delivery model
