Required Skills :
· Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows 7/ 8, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and associated software - both physical and VM - Required: 5 Years
· Previous experiencing supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and RAS. - Required: 5 Years
· Support of server based antivirus and network monitoring systems such as SAV and WhatsUp - Required: 5 Years
· Experience in a laboratory environment - Highly desired: 2 Years
· Experience with MS Office - MS Word, Excel, Visio and Project. Must be able to prepare technical documentation using these and other tools - Required: 5 Years
· Strong presence, professional image, and ability to deal confidently with technical matters. - Required
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Required
· Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional work outside of regular hours - Required
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Nice to have
· Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues from client software/device through to ISP - Required: 5 Years
· Avaya/Nortel and/or Cisco switch/router configuration experience - Nice to have: 1 Years
