Skills
We are looking for 1 onsite positions who has good experience in building and administrating hadoop clusters.
Skill set:
o Must have Hadoop administration experience. Expecting attest 1-2 years of experience. Experience in handling 50+ DN is a plus.
o Must understand the role of various components in building hadoop clusters.eg : hdfs, NM, RM , DD , kerberos auth etc.
o Good understanding of big data/distributed technologies
o Experience with Splunk and Mesos is an added advantage
• Server and Storage Administration - Splunk - At least 1 year - Good knowledge with storage technologies - Nice To Have
• Other - Hadoop Administration - At least 1 year - Good Understanding of Hadoop architecture and Administration - Is Required
Job Responsibilities
• Senior Software Engineer and a technical expert for large team
• Design and implement integration to other systems
• Effectively use services and APIs, key customizations and extensions of the systems
• Work collaboratively with other application teams
• Work with globally diversified team in different time zone
• Guide & mentor other team members
• Work on more than one project simultaneously
• Self starter with good communication skills
