USG direct client is looking for Configuration, release & deployment Consultant at  Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:-

·         Strong exposure to IT Change Management Process and Standards. 

·         Adoption of Client managed change management strategy and advise Best Practices followed in Industry.

·         To Set up Release Management Process for successful delivery of product through SDLC ( waterfall and agile methodology)

·         To Integrate change management activities into project plan

·         Good communication and inter-personal skills to work with different functional teams.

·         To Work closely with development, testing and infrastructure teams for successful build and deployment (manual and automated) of Code packages to multiple environments.

·         Working knowledge in windows 2003/2008 environment is required.  Knowledge of Linux flavored OS is advantage.

·         Working knowledge of Source control tool - Serena Dimensions is required. Knowledge of other source control tools is also considered.

·         Working Knowledge on Code build and deployment activities in a typical Java or .net platform.

·         Knowledge of Jenkins is preferred but not mandatory.

·         Tools - Dimensions/Jenkins/Maven/Ant/Linux/Apache/Windows 2008

·         ITIL certification is a plus.
