Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:
At least one (1) years working experience in each of the following:
· ID Card printer 
· Online payment processing/Shopping cart
· Kendo and Telerik controls
· Active Directory 
· ASP.NET  MVC
· Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) 2008/2012/2014
· Internet Information Server  (7.5, 6.0, 5.0)
· JSON
· Design Patterns

Position 2: 

Software Engineer 

Downtown Baltimore
Up to six (6) months, 
 Bachelor's Degree
ONLY LOCAL TO Downtown Baltimore, ML and Face 2 face must.

Required:
· At least 2 years' experience in each of the following 
· Visual Studio 2010 or higher 
· SSRS reporting services 2008/2012 
· InfoPath 
· SQL Server 2008/2012 
· .NET 4.0 or higher 
· .NET development 
· C# 
· Windows Communication Framework (WCF)/Web services 
· Requirements Analysis and Database Design (to understand existing system) 

Position 3: 

Applications Development Expert 
Downtown Baltimore
Up to six (6) months, 
ONLY LOCAL TO Downtown Baltimore, ML and Face 2 face must.

Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

At least seven (7) years of IT and business/Industry work experience.

1. At least 3 years knowledgeable in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.

2. At least 2 years knowledgeable in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting.

3. At least three (3) years' experience in the following technologies:

1) Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2005/2008/2010

2) Microsoft Visual Basic.NET

3) Microsoft ASP.NET

4. At least three (3) years Microsoft SQL Server 2005+

1) At least (3) years' Experience developing Stored Procedures

2) At least (2) years' Experience using Functions

5. At least three (3) years Microfosft.NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0

Position 4: 

 IT Programmer Analyst – Java 
Downtown Baltimore

1 year + 2 years, 
Bachelor's Degree

ONLY LOCAL TO Downtown Baltimore, ML and Face 2 face must.

Required:
i) At least two (2) years of experience providing testing and documentation for client-server web services. 

ii) At least three (3) years of Java programming, testing and documenting experience. 

iii) At least two (2) years of experience with system design, user interface (UI) design and functional design. 

iv) At least two (2) years of experience with System Development Life Cycle, software development, and documentation. 

v) preferably have experience with Struts 1&2 framework and Oracle database programming with Oracle Application Server. 

vi) experienced in Client-Server (web) service applications, familiar with front-end, back-end application and database multiple tier type applications and understand client request and system response process. 

vii) experienced Java programmer with Struts experience, familiar with Oracle database programming.

Position 5: 

Programmer 

Hanover, 

6 months,  
Bachelor's Degree, 5 years in IT 

ONLY LOCAL TO Downtown Baltimore, ML and Face 2 face must.

Required:

. Must have five (5) years in developing, programming and maintaining customized WebFOCUS applications on Windows 2008 Servers and communicate with DB2 and/or SQL Server 2008 and 2012 databases. 

. Technical programming expertise in WebFOCUS v7 and WebFOCUS v8. 

. Manage and program agency dashboards. Provides training and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Ability to coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of WebFCOUS dashboards and database management. 

. Demonstrates excellent writing and oral communications skills.

Role 6: 

Oracle Developer

Downtown Baltimore

6 months

New position - IMMEDIATE ...Need at least 20 years in IT, 15 years with Oracle, Maximo is a MUST....
