Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience Salesforce.com Development experience

Experience with SQL

Experience with the design and administration of relational databases

Experience with VisualForce and Apex coding

Experience managing a portal solution

IT/technical background

Ability to think outside the box

Creativity

Ability to assimilate disparate parts into a whole
