- 8-12 years of experience
- Responsible for requirements elaboration for a large BPM project for a bank in their Corporate Trust Group
- Should have strong Financial Domain knowledge
- Especially in Debt Capital Markets
> > - Knowledge of client onboarding for raising Debt capital and associated process
> > - Prior work experience specifically knowledge for client onboarding processes
> > - Should have strong Agile project experience and as BA would be defining the requirements in terms of stories; clearly specitying the acceptance criteria; business rules
> > - This role will be working closely with the Product Owner from the Business
> > - Should have familiarity with BPM (Business processing management) methods and tools -ability to define elaborate business workflows; processes
> > - Knowledge of BPM modelling tools like Blue Works from IBM is desired
> > - Would be facilitating workshops with SME's.
> > - Documentation of process and work flows
> > - Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements identifying issues and risks
> > - At least 3-5 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
> > - Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
> > - Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business process and workflows
> > - Experience fac ilitating workshops and focus groups
> > - Strong business/client engagement skills
> > - Experience developing business requirements
