Title: PHP Developer
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Duration: 3-6+ Months
Interview: Phone & Face to Face
Start Date: ASAP
· Must be able to code on the board
· Qualifications (2-5years in the following):
· Experience with Mobile Design (a plus)
o HTML5/CSS
o Background in PHP and object oriented principles.
o Ability to hand code in PHP
o Experience in MySQL
o Zend, Doctrine, Jquery, Bootstrap (a plus)
· Individual that feels comfortable working creatively in a collaborative environment
· Expertise in Developing Web Applications using Perl, PHP, and JavaScript
· Computer Science fundamentals in data structures and problem solving
· Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing
· Experience with distributed computing, global multi-country platforms, and Development Privacy & Security Best Practices
· Strong Project Management skills Ability to take large projects from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
· Experience in communicating with clients, internal & external technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
· Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, ranging from front-end user interfaces through back-end systems
