Required Skills:

Data/information architecture experience in analysis, design and implementation roles

Experience with designing and building large scale data processing and analytics solutions

Significant experience with master data management standards and processes, data governance and data quality techniques

Experience with designing and building data warehouse and data mart solutions

Experience with designing and implementing BI solutions

Experience with evaluating the performance of data movement and query processes and their optimization techniques

Experience on data masking and obfuscation techniques. Ability to drive and implement security and compliance requirements.

Experience in data backup and restoration including creating test data by massaging existing data

Familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC) and techniques to implement it

Tools based data modeling experience with Visio, Erwin, etc., and experience with conceptual, logical and physical data models

Experience with Enterprise Service Bus platforms (BizTalk) in conjunction with data driven solutions

Experience implementing Master Data Management techniques processes in a Department of Motor Vehicles.
