Test Lead:
· Test and Validate software solutions to ensure IT areas are in compliance with Regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures
· Understand and apply risk-based right-sizing approaches towards Software validation
· Strong software testing experience with manual and automated testing tools
· Author and review SDLC documents, Risk assessments and any other information required as part of the software Validation process
· Take ownership for assigned project/program/support responsibilities and deliver to committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
· Meet quality expectations as per defined contractual obligations to the client
· Monitor, guide and drive off-site team to achieve defined milestones and key objectives ensure external and internal process compliance of the team at all times – audit readiness
